What you will do

• Scout and map influencer talent in Italy, building a strong creator pipeline.
• Manage influencer activity end to end: contracting, fee negotiations, usage rights, deliverables, and timelines.
• Own seeding and gifting programs (proactive and reactive) to place products with the right creators at the right moments.
• Maintain long-term relationships with creators and their agents as a trusted brand partner.
• Review influencer content for brand guideline compliance while preserving creator authenticity.
• Analyse influencer performance, surface insights, and recommend data-led optimizations; manage Ninja’s Italian social handles and community engagement.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in social media and influencer marketing in the Italian market (consumer/lifestyle or social-first brands preferred).
• Proven ability to manage social media and influencer campaigns end to end, including negotiations and contracts.
• Strong understanding of influencer pricing, usage rights, and content deliverables.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple creators, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Native Italian speaker with strong English for confident writing and communication with local and international stakeholders.
• Regular attendance in the Milan office is required.
