What you will do

• Independently design and execute advanced Paid Search and Paid Social strategies.
• Manage high-budget campaigns for large clients, ensuring top-tier performance and ROI.
• Lead pre- and post-campaign analyses to identify insights and opportunities.
• Provide strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams based on campaign data.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the department.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
• Proven success in handling complex campaigns and large-scale budgets.
• Advanced expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Search Ads 360, Google Analytics, Amazon Marketing Services, and TikTok.
• Fluent business English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Milan, Italy.
