What you will do

• Develop and own organic social content calendars, planning approximately 16 posts per month.
• Manage community engagement by responding to consumers and cultivating brand advocates.
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and management of content creators from the Creator Bench.
• Brief and review content to ensure it is optimized for platforms and relevant to the Italian market.
• Monitor social performance and utilize platforms like CreatorIQ to evaluate creator impact.
• Collaborate with international Strategy, Social, and Creative teams to align with brand narratives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in social media and/or creator management.
• Fluency in Italian (C2) and excellent English (C1) are required.
• Proven track record of recruiting and developing content creator relationships.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube native formats.
• Strong copywriting skills and experience with SMM tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Later, Buffer).
• Must be based in or able to work from Milan, Italy (hybrid model).
