What you will do

• Analyze business needs, organizational issues, and domain processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Specify and document new business processes and systems.
• Translate business needs into feasible technical solutions within time and budget constraints.
• Align with senior business stakeholders on organizational structures, operating models, and regulatory requirements.
• Define test cases and procedures, validate business requirements, and support user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate stakeholder involvement throughout the project lifecycle and help Scrum teams meet their objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software delivery projects.
• Strong conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and hands-on approach.
• Ability to prioritize opportunities, evaluate trade-offs, resolve issues, and drive change pragmatically.
• Experience working in a global environment with distributed teams.
