AI Business Analyst

hirify.global's Technology Delivery Center provides software, data analytics, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure solutions for Zurich's local and global business units.

What you will do

• Configure and maintain Zurich's Cytora platform, supporting data ingestion and AI model performance across business lines.
• Partner with Cytora, IT, and data engineering teams to integrate risk insights into Zurich systems and workflows.
• Translate business needs into data specifications and adapt configurations, prompts, and schemas for country-specific requirements.
• Monitor AI model accuracy and business impact while improving data quality, enrichment processes, and feature engineering.
• Support AI model calibration, implementation projects, responsible AI practices, and digital underwriting initiatives.
• Train and guide underwriters and analysts on Cytora capabilities and connect business, data, and IT stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Financial Services, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, insurance operations, or data analysis.
• Hands-on exploratory experience with LLMs or AI-driven platforms such as Cytora.
• Structured business and data analysis skills, problem-solving ability, business acumen, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and at least one additional language.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with commercial insurance products and underwriting processes.
• Experience with data integration, API workflows, or data engineering concepts.
• Experience in process automation or digital submission triage initiatives.
