Digital Support Center and Services - Business Analyst for Derivatives programmes (Temp) (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Discover, capture, and analyse complex customer business requirements and operational objectives.
• Identify business-process improvements and recommend IT solutions aligned with the IT strategy.
• Support the IT Product Manager with product and service planning based on customer requirements.
• Document current challenges, future requirements, expected benefits, and functional specifications.
• Act as the liaison between Product Management and technical teams throughout product development and implementation.
• Help design successor tools for programmes including PATMAR, MRTT+, and A321 AEW&C, supporting the transition from legacy processes to digital solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in a related area.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in impact analysis and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of scientific and technological laboratories.
• English knowledge required.
• Experience with Integrated Logistics Support and In-Service Support workflows is relevant to the role.
