Revenue Operations Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, Biarritz, Madrid, or Barcelona

What you will do

• Own sales-effectiveness initiatives from strategy and solution design through execution, adoption, and change management.
• Identify gaps in sales processes and design smarter workflows by removing unnecessary steps and increasing automation.
• Build scalable workflows using low-code tools, AI, Salesforce, SQL, and related technologies.
• Evaluate tools, run tests, and roll out effective solutions across the sales organization.
• Shadow, train, measure adoption, and iterate until operational changes are embedded.
• Support Account Executives, BDRs, Account Management, and Customer Success teams across multiple markets.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Effectiveness.
• Strong ownership and project management skills with experience running initiatives end to end.
• Hands-on experience with change management, including training and adoption measurement.
• Ability to write and own SQL queries, including joins and basic data modeling.
• Experience with low-code tools and integrations such as Clay, Make, or Zapier, and hands-on Salesforce configuration.
• Advanced English proficiency and availability to work from the listed locations in France or Spain.
