Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Yeovil, UK (Hybrid role with up to 2 days working from home).

What you will do

• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight and strategic challenge.
• Influence investment decisions across Commercial, Customer, and Digital areas.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business insights.
• Support high-profile transformation projects and measure investment impact.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement and drive commercial outcomes.
• Manage and develop two Finance Analysts (for one of the roles).

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with a commercial mindset.
• Proven experience in business partnering and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate complex information for non-finance colleagues.
• Proactive, adaptable, and motivated by shaping business decisions.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.
