What you will do

  • Act as a trusted commercial advisor for the Grocery Sales Channel, managing P&Ls and shaping the three-year commercial strategy.
  • Lead the planning and forecasting agenda, including monthly forecasts, Risks & Ops reviews, and annual business planning.
  • Coordinate month-end closing, sales investment accruals, and produce management reporting packs.
  • Standardize and improve weekly/monthly management information reports and financial insights.
  • Collaborate with the Business Unit Director to identify and prioritize performance improvement plans.
  • Lead strategic projects regarding long-term pricing, investment optimization, and reporting developments.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London, UK.
  • Strong experience in FP&A or as a Finance Business Partner within the consumer goods industry.
  • Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent, QBE).
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Experience in sales finance, specifically Price and Mix variance analysis (advantageous).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high proactivity and analytical skills.
