What you will do
- Act as a trusted commercial advisor for the Grocery Sales Channel, managing P&Ls and shaping the three-year commercial strategy.
- Lead the planning and forecasting agenda, including monthly forecasts, Risks & Ops reviews, and annual business planning.
- Coordinate month-end closing, sales investment accruals, and produce management reporting packs.
- Standardize and improve weekly/monthly management information reports and financial insights.
- Collaborate with the Business Unit Director to identify and prioritize performance improvement plans.
- Lead strategic projects regarding long-term pricing, investment optimization, and reporting developments.
Requirements
- Must be based in London, UK.
- Strong experience in FP&A or as a Finance Business Partner within the consumer goods industry.
- Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent, QBE).
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience in sales finance, specifically Price and Mix variance analysis (advantageous).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high proactivity and analytical skills.
