What you will do

• Lead content design for priority product plans and customer journeys.
• Develop and maintain content standards, guidance, and reusable patterns.
• Coach designers through workshops and content clinics to improve quality.
• Partner with Product Managers, Researchers, and Designers to ensure user-centered content.
• Influence Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams to align customer experiences.
• Evolve the content design practice and advocate for customer needs in product decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in London or able to commute for hybrid work.
• Proven experience in Content Design or UX Writing for consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional writing craft and information architecture skills.
• Experience creating content standards, design systems, or scalable frameworks.
• Ability to balance hands-on delivery with strategic practice-building.
• Experience working in complex or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with using AI and agentic workflows in design practice.
