What you will do

• Define and drive end-to-end brand experience design for BEX, ensuring consistency across all platforms and surfaces.
• Create and evolve systems for visual language, interaction patterns, and design standards to ensure scalability.
• Lead complex design initiatives from discovery through delivery, turning ambiguous spaces into clear opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, research, and marketing stakeholders to align brand and usability with business goals.
• Architect enterprise-quality components and foundational utilities within the design system.
• Mentor and elevate other designers through critique, direction, and frameworks to improve overall craft and process.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in product, UX, or brand experience design with demonstrated leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, User Experience, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Extensive experience in brand design within digital products and ownership of multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Expertise in interaction design, visual design, and the creation of scalable design systems.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools and workflows.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

• Experience evolving brand experience strategy for large-scale consumer or platform products.
• Background leading multi-surface design systems (web, app, email, marketing).
• Experience integrating AI/ML-enabled experiences (personalization, recommendations) into product surfaces.
• Proven success mentoring designers at various levels within a product organization.
