What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for one of four core product teams, delivering complex compliance workflows and risk assessment interfaces
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to prioritize and deliver user experiences
• Contribute to and evolve the design system with reusable components and documented design patterns
• Mentor and provide design feedback to elevate team quality and drive process improvements
• Conduct user research with law firms and compliance professionals to translate regulatory requirements into clear user flows

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid from London or Manchester offices
• English: Proficient English required (job posting in English)
• Senior-level experience in product design, especially in complex B2B or regulated environments
• Strong skills in workflow design, user research, and design system development
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams

• Experience with AI tools or methodologies in design
