What you will do

• Partner with product, engineering, and subject matter experts to define design strategy and product vision.
• Translate complex financial workflows and AI model outputs into intuitive, trustworthy user interfaces.
• Conduct user discovery, synthesize feedback, and frame clear problems for high-precision environments.
• Own the end-to-end design process from wireframes and prototypes to high-fidelity UI.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system to support data-heavy, AI-driven workflows.
• Collaborate on feedback loops and evaluation workflows to improve AI-powered experiences in production.

Requirements

• Must be based in London or able to work in a hybrid capacity.
• Proven experience designing for sophisticated users in high-stakes domains like fintech, enterprise SaaS, or data platforms.
• Strong systems thinking ability to shape workflows and behaviors beyond individual screens.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
• Experience with AI-native workflows or a strong desire to integrate generative AI into the design process.
• Excellent communication skills for running discovery interviews and facilitating stakeholder alignment.
