System Marketing Manager (Healthcare) (Semiconductors/Medical Devices): Defining and taking silicon-based healthcare system solutions, reference designs, and proof-of-concepts from concept through customer-facing launch with an accent on medical-device applications, system architecture, and global go-to-market execution. Focus on translating clinical and OEM use cases into MCU/MPU, analog, connectivity, security, and AI requirements, while driving design wins, revenue tracking, and competitive differentiation.
Location: Milan, Italy
Salary: €50,600–€69,600 gross annual base salary, plus potential incentives, equity, and benefits.

What you will do
- Define reference design and proof-of-concept requirements for healthcare applications such as patient monitoring, CGM, infusion pumps, POCUS, and surgical robotics.
- Translate clinical and OEM use cases into technical specifications covering MCU/MPU, analog front-end, connectivity, security, and AI compute.
- Lead systems engineering, applications, and design teams from concept definition through working demonstrators and customer-facing launches.
- Own healthcare segment revenue, design-win pipeline, SAM, forecasts, business KPIs, and competitive tracking across regions.
- Build relationships with global OEM and Tier-1 partners and coordinate regional sales and FAE execution.
- Create technical articles, white papers, benchmarks, strategy decks, playbooks, and roadmap communications; represent healthcare strategy at customer engagements, trade shows, and analyst briefings.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in semiconductor system marketing, applications engineering, or product management, including healthcare or medical-device exposure.
- Experience taking a reference design from definition through customer-facing launch.
- Strong understanding of IEC 60601 and FDA regulatory context as it affects system architecture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for VP, SVP, GM, and OEM partner audiences.
- Availability for global travel.

- Experience differentiating solutions against TI, ADI, onsemi, and STM.
