What you will do

• Provide expert HR guidance to managers and employees on employment law, company policies, and people-related matters.
• Manage a broad range of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence matters.
• Prepare and maintain employment documentation, including contracts, amendments, and case-related records.
• Partner with line managers to coach them through employee challenges and key employment decisions.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and core employee lifecycle processes, ensuring accurate data in HR systems.
• Support organisational change initiatives, including consultations, restructuring activities, and employee communications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an HR generalist or HR Advisor role.
• Strong working knowledge of applicable labour laws and experience applying them in practice.
• Hands-on experience supporting employee relations cases.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Experience preparing employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Availability for a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Nice to have

• Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience working within an international or matrix organisation.
• Experience supporting organisational change or restructuring.
