HR Coordinator (EMEA)

TL;DR

HR Coordinator (HR Operations): Managing employee lifecycle and HR administration for the EMEA region with an accent on employment contracts, onboarding, and immigration processes. Focus on ensuring compliance with labor laws across multiple EU countries and optimizing HRIS data management.

Location: Hybrid (Brno or Prague, Czech Republic) - 3 days/week in the office

What you will do

• Prepare employment contracts and coordinate with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers.
• Manage full HR onboarding and offboarding processes, including payroll registration and HRIS deactivation.
• Handle immigration and work visa processes, coordinating with vendors and agencies for EMEA work permits.
• Maintain compliant HRIS profiles using Workday.
• Administer employee benefits and prepare monthly payroll data for vendors.
• Provide first-level HR administration and support for employee enquiries.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in HR Operations or Coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Czech labor law and immigration; experience with other EU countries (PL, UK, SWE, NL, ES, IE) is preferred.
• Business-level English and Czech (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office; working knowledge of Workday HRIS is preferred.
• Must be based in Brno or Prague and able to travel to Prague occasionally.
