- Design and deliver innovative Total Rewards programs across various international markets.
- Oversee compensation cycles, including salary reviews and bonus schemes.
- Provide expert guidance on compensation, benefits, mobility, and regulation.
- Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and cost optimisation.
- Advise senior stakeholders, regulators, and partners on key reward topics.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits.
- Experience within the financial services industry.
- Strong expertise in global reward frameworks and regulatory environments.
- Proven ability to lead complex, international reward programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Must be based or willing to be based in Brussels
