Senior Client Partner (Software Engineering Consultancy)

What you will do

• Run client engagements throughout their full lifecycle, from early commercial commitments through delivery and completion.
• Build long-term client partnerships, establish trust with senior stakeholders, and act as a trusted advisor.
• Lead regular account assessments and serve as an escalation point when required.
• Own engagement profitability, performance, billing coordination, and payment escalation.
• Set and support teams delivering complex client products or services, including staffing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Drive client perception, support transformation activities, and identify opportunities for further improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar client partner or engagement leadership role, preferably within a software development consultancy.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, relationship-building, communication, and commercial skills.
• Broad knowledge of large-scale software delivery in complex environments, ideally with hands-on delivery-team experience.
• Experience working in complex organisations and multi-supplier environments is beneficial.
• Pragmatic, strategic, analytical, detail-oriented, and effective at solving problems and escalating issues appropriately.
• Ability to work collaboratively while balancing innovation with practical client and business needs.
