Application Delivery Manager (Enterprise AI)

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom; hybrid working with two days per week in the office, including Thursday as the team anchor day.

Salary: £77,100–£87,200 per year.

What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary functional delivery teams, supplier partners, and matrix-managed analysis and testing resources.
• Prioritise strategic projects, product enhancements, and releases while allocating constrained capacity.
• Own delivery governance, quality assurance, testing, release management, documentation, risk management, and continuity planning.
• Build forward views of demand, capability, capacity, and sourcing needs across the enterprise applications portfolio.
• Hold delivery partners accountable for quality, pace, value, risk management, and agreed outcomes.
• Coach direct reports, develop team capability, and ensure successful transition of changes into live service.

Requirements

• Experience leading enterprise SaaS application delivery teams involving multidisciplinary internal teams and third-party partners.
• Expert knowledge of SaaS products, ideally Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and enterprise AI tools such as Copilot Studio and Foundry.
• Expert applied knowledge of Agile and other change delivery methodologies, standards, and tools including Azure DevOps.
• Strong commercial, governance, risk management, programme, and cross-portfolio delivery experience.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, challenge constructively, negotiate, and manage competing priorities.
• Agile or project management certifications and ITIL certification.

• Microsoft certification.
• Experience applying AI within enterprise solutions and software delivery processes.
