Engagement Manager

What you will do

• Build relationships with strategic client stakeholders and act as an advisor and partner in solving problems.
• Manage delivery across multiple client projects and ensure effective value delivery.
• Identify account development opportunities and contribute to commercial success.
• Plan and execute technical or product strategies while identifying and managing risks.
• Navigate dependencies between teams working on shared products and facilitate alignment.
• Contribute to proposals, business development, marketing, and the internal engagement management and delivery capability.

Requirements

• Experience building strategic client relationships and developing accounts.
• Proven project management experience involving technical or product strategy, planning, and risk management.
• Experience managing dependencies across multiple teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and facilitation skills across different situations.
• Ability to coach, mentor, teach, and support the growth of teams and individuals.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in London, Leeds, or Manchester, United Kingdom; visa sponsorship is not available.
