Integrator (AI & Automation)

Location: Edinburgh, UK. Hybrid working requires at least two days per week, or 40% of working time, at the office location.

What you will do

• Develop integrated delivery plans, forecasts, and reporting covering progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate delivery across labs, platforms, teams, workstreams, suppliers, and strategic partners.
• Oversee governance controls, approvals, escalations, and blocker resolution.
• Lead implementation readiness and coordinate implementation events.
• Ensure Service Introduction requirements, ownership, and accountability are in place for business-critical change.
• Identify, assess, and govern AI and automation opportunities in line with Responsible AI standards.

Requirements

• Experience in delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and governance.
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams, workstreams, and external partners.
• Confidence working with Agile teams, practices, and tools.
• Ability to build trusted relationships, influence decisions, resolve conflict, and manage complex change.
• Strong planning, reporting, risk management, and continuous improvement skills.
