What you will do

• Define and own the long-term technology roadmap for the Data Platform, including automation and AI enablement.
• Provide architectural leadership and governance across all Data Cloud initiatives to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Oversee the design and delivery of core platform components, such as landing zones, data pipelines, and integrations.
• Drive the adoption of DevOps, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices across the organization.
• Establish security by design principles, including access control, encryption, and network isolation.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary organization of architects, engineers, and DevOps specialists.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data platforms, data architecture, or large-scale data engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years in a senior leadership or architect role owning enterprise data platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and modern data ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform), CI/CD, and DevOps operating models.
• Solid foundation in cloud infrastructure, networking, and security architecture.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
• Exposure to AI/ML platforms.
