What you will do

• Define and execute the Developer Experience (DevEx) vision, strategy, and roadmap for the organization.
• Lead the rollout of AI-native software development, including agentic workflows and AI coding assistants.
• Standardize the AWS cloud platform, creating golden paths and reducing cognitive load for developers.
• Manage AWS costs and implement FinOps practices to optimize cloud spend.
• Build and lead a high-performing team across DevEx and platform engineering functions.
• Establish and track productivity metrics such as DORA and SPACE.

Requirements

• Hands-on coding background in major languages like Java or TypeScript.
• Deep expertise in AI-native development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code).
• Proven leadership experience in Platform Engineering or Developer Experience in a mid-to-large scale organization.
• Advanced AWS knowledge, including Terraform and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization at scale.
• Ability to lead in a global, distributed environment across multiple time zones.
