What you will do

• Lead team planning, prioritization, backlog management, and delivery.
• Own infrastructure reliability, observability, monitoring, and on-call processes.
• Research, integrate, and operate diverse blockchain networks within the ecosystem.
• Set technical standards and improve engineering processes and documentation.
• Manage infrastructure and vendor costs to optimize COGS and margins.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Support, and Security teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or backend engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with Linux, Docker, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
• Proficiency in the JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem (Node.js, Nest.js).
• Experience with production responsibility, incident handling, and on-call rotations.
• Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, and quality assurance.
• Ability to set priorities based on business impact and operational risk.
