What you will do

• Define the end-to-end data migration strategy aligned to retail operating models and S/4HANA requirements.
• Lead data discovery, profiling, cleansing, and mapping activities across legacy and target systems.
• Author migration specifications, transformation rules, and validation plans.
• Coordinate test migrations, reconciliation runs, and sign-off processes with business and IT teams.
• Manage external partners and internal squads to ensure delivery remains on budget and schedule.
• Design cutover sequencing, rollback procedures, and contingency plans to protect trading continuity.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading SAP data migrations within large-scale S/4HANA programmes, preferably in retail or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of SAP master and transactional data models and migration tools such as eCATT, LSMW, or BODS.
• Expertise in data profiling, transformation, reconciliation, and governance practices.
• Track record of managing vendors and cross-functional stakeholders through complex cutovers.
• Ability to present risks and status updates to executive audiences.
• Experience working within agile delivery frameworks and large programme governance.
