Location: Hybrid role (4 days on-site) based in Espoo, Finland, or at company sites in the UK, Poland, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, France, or Italy.

What you will do

• Own global finance solution design and architecture in alignment with business needs and ERP standards.
• Facilitate solution design documentation and technical specifications.
• Participate in implementation, roll-out projects, and development initiatives.
• Oversee ERP integrity and end-to-end business process integration.
• Guide AMS and implementation partner consultants to ensure alignment with best practices.
• Monitor product roadmaps and quarterly upgrades to identify and propose process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in solution design and implementation.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud and IT system capabilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to travel internationally on occasion.
• Must be based in or able to work from Finland, UK, Poland, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, France, or Italy.
