What you will do

• Analyze and maintain part planning parameters in alignment with materials strategy, inventory plans, and demand profiles.
• Convert demand signals into Work Orders and track material shortages to mitigate production risks.
• Develop balanced production plans using capacity analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain optimal WIP levels, update Planning Bill of Materials (PBOMs), and construct Line of Balance (LOBs).
• Ensure consistent production flow through order expediting and aging WIP reviews.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Planning department and Value Stream teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant Planning/Operations experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to handle complex regulations.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.
