TL;DR

Master Scheduler (Manufacturing): Developing, maintaining, and executing daily and short-term production schedules for a manufacturing facility with an accent on capacity management and cross-functional coordination. Focus on translating demand into actionable production plans, identifying resource constraints, and leading production planning teams to ensure operational objectives are met.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Butler, PA, USA (Hybrid role).

Salary: $67,350 – $89,805 USD annually.

What you will do

  • Own plant-level schedule execution and translate demand into actionable production plans.
  • Serve as the central coordination point between Project Management, Production, Purchasing, and Operations.
  • Identify capacity constraints, resource conflicts, and schedule risks proactively.
  • Provide direct leadership and oversight for Production Planners.
  • Ensure production planning activities align with customer commitments and operational goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the production scheduling process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Equivalent manufacturing planning experience is accepted.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex modeling and capacity analysis.
  • Ability to transform large data sets into actionable operational insights.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA.
