What you will do

• Plan and schedule material procurement to ensure timely availability for production schedules.
• Manage and synchronize inventory levels using ERP and MRP systems to meet production demand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing, engineering, and logistics.
• Analyze demand scheduling data to forecast material requirements and support process improvement projects.
• Monitor material usage, lead times, and supplier performance to identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on material planning and inventory performance to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in material planning or a similar role.
• Exposure to Purchasing Best Practices and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/MRP systems for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work onsite in Broomfield, CO.

Nice to have

• APICS certification.
• Experience with SAP.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, MS Project, PowerBI, or Tableau.
