What you will do

• Plan and schedule material procurement to meet production requirements.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure material availability using ERP and MRP systems.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, engineering, and logistics departments to coordinate activities.
• Analyze demand scheduling data to accurately forecast material requirements.
• Resolve issues related to material quality, delivery, or pricing with procurement.
• Prepare and present reports on material planning and inventory performance to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 0 - 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Exposure to Purchasing Best Practices and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/MRP systems for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.

Nice to have

• APICS certification.
• Experience with SAP.
• Experience using SQL, Python, R, MS Project, PowerBI, or Tableau.
