What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and adjust detailed production schedules based on forecasts and customer orders.
• Release work orders, issue materials to the production floor, and manage documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and generate purchase requisitions to ensure material availability.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, and Production teams to align operational needs.
• Track work order status and ensure accurate data entry into the ERP system.
• Resolve material shortages and quality concerns with a sense of urgency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in production planning or scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
• 4-year degree in a related discipline.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infor LN ERP system.
