Sales Manager (Cosmetics)

Location: Must be based in Shanghai, China (Hybrid work model).

Compensation: ¥514,500 – ¥686,000 (Total Target Cash including base salary and annual bonus).

What you will do

• Achieve yearly sales objectives by developing and maintaining business with key accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts by providing tailored solutions.
• Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Formulation, and R&D departments to ensure alignment on sales initiatives.
• Enhance market position using consultative and in-depth selling techniques.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote offerings.

Requirements

• Master's Degree or higher in Chemistry, Biology, Business, or Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of proven track record in sales or business development within the Cosmetics & Personal Care industry.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Experience in Actives, R&D, or OEM is highly valued.
• Superior presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
