Key Account Executive – IBDF

What you will do

• Visit customers regularly, maintain relationships with decision makers, and collect information about buyers, factories, products, and competitors.
• Recommend products, arrange samples, collect outstanding payments, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate sales development information between the JAN team, HK IBDF, and sales teams.
• Work with technical and other internal departments to provide customer advice, prepare Interlining Recommendation Reports, and create sample books.
• Prepare visit reports, weekly reports, sales plans, and market analyses.
• Negotiate with customers, follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery, and maintain customer profiles.

Requirements

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Understanding of garment technology and manufacturing.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Japanese.
• Ability to work with internal teams, external customers, distributors, and key accounts.
