Salary: $33.35—$50.03 per hour

What you will do

• Oversee the functional implementation and platform adoption for all customer implementations.
• Act as a trusted adviser to ensure customer satisfaction and align platform functionality with business needs.
• Collaborate with product and software engineering teams to represent customer issues and influence the product roadmap.
• Consult on system and regulatory best practices to advise customers on optimizing privacy, security, and governance programs.
• Manage the overall customer relationship and expectations throughout the engagement following the sales process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in software development, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
• Practical experience in troubleshooting software and web services.
• Proven ability to architect and roll out new technology and solution initiatives.
• Willingness to travel (estimated 10-20%).
• Must be based in or able to work from Atlanta, Georgia.

Nice to have

• Industry-recognized certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, FIP, or AIGP.
• Certifications like CISA, CRISC, or GRCP.
