What you will do

• Diagnose data and AI governance gaps in regulated industries and translate them into platform-backed solutions.
• Serve as a credible advisor on industry-specific frameworks, including model risk management and data lineage requirements.
• Lead discovery sessions and run tailored product demonstrations and adoption workshops for enterprise stakeholders.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of hirify.global implementations from kickoff through defined business outcomes.
• Define KPIs and value measures to connect governance outcomes to measurable business impact.
• Partner with account teams to identify expansion opportunities based on demonstrated value.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of consulting experience in a lead role with a track record of delivering successful projects.
• Expertise in at least one target industry: Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Hospitality and Travel.
• Extensive experience in data management, specifically data governance, data quality, and MDM.
• Working understanding of AI governance concepts and metadata management.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Ability to travel approximately 25-40% for onsite visits.
