What you will do

• Implement and configure software solutions for enterprise customers.
• Design configurations that align with customer business needs in procurement and finance.
• Facilitate and lead customer meetings and workshops.
• Work with SQL databases and data visualization tools like QlikSense.
• Train customers and partners on drawing insights from the platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge analytical solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Chicago, IL.
• Analytical mindset with experience handling large data sets.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Qlik Sense, PowerBI, or Tableau).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for customer-facing workshops.
• Consultative, customer-first attitude with a willingness to travel occasionally.
• Fluency in English required.

• Experience in finance, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Previous background in consulting, project work, or SaaS environments.
