TL;DR

Staff Solutions Consultant (Pre-sales): Driving technical adoption and strategy for enterprise digital workspace solutions with an accent on End User Computing (EUC) and identity management. Focus on building long-term customer relationships, conducting technical validations, and delivering high-impact product demonstrations to executive audiences.

Location: Must be based in California

Compensation: $225,000 - $300,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Manage technical relationships with large-scale enterprise customers to drive product adoption.
  • Conduct proof of concepts, RFP/RFI responses, and technical workshops.
  • Deliver bespoke technical enablement and product roadmap sessions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to validate solutions against customer requirements.
  • Evangelize hirify.global solutions and provide escalation paths for technical queries.
  • Support marketing events and webinars as a technical subject matter expert.

Requirements

  • Must be based in California
  • Not eligible for employment-based immigration sponsorship
  • 3+ years of EUC Pre-Sales experience or 5+ years as a technology delivery consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and identity management systems.
  • Experience with desktop management (Windows, macOS, Linux, ChromeOS) and mobile platforms (Android, iOS, iPadOS).
  • Excellent presentation and objection handling skills for technical and executive audiences.

Nice to have

  • Experience with hirify.global Workspace One, Microsoft Intune, or Citrix.
  • Background in DaaS/SaaS services like Horizon Cloud or Amazon Workspaces.
