TL;DR

Account Executive, Commercial (SaaS): Identifying and closing new commercial customers across the Middle East and Africa with an accent on outbound prospecting and pipeline development. Focus on conducting consultative sales conversations and translating technical data challenges into infrastructure solutions.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Dublin, Ireland or London, UK); requires two days in the office each week.

What you will do

  • Proactively identify and engage new commercial customers through outbound prospecting.
  • Build and close a self-generated pipeline of opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Lead discovery conversations to translate customer data challenges into hirify.global solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Partner teams.
  • Develop productive relationships with technology partners and system integrators.
  • Contribute to the scaling of sales processes by sharing learnings and best practices.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of closing experience in a SaaS or technology sales role.
  • Proven track record of consistently overachieving sales quotas.
  • Experience and motivation in outbound-led sales and early-stage prospecting.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and build credibility with engineering and data stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building and confident communication skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Dublin or London offices.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling data, analytics, infrastructure, or developer-focused products.
  • Exposure to partner-led sales or co-selling motions.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms or modern data stacks.
  • Experience selling into the Middle East/Africa market.
  • Fluency in Arabic.
