What you will do

  • Prospect and engage high-potential prospects using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
  • Build and maintain a high-volume pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow.
  • Demonstrate hirify.global's platform value to address specific customer use cases and deliver business value.
  • Develop trust and credibility with senior decision-makers within prospective organizations.
  • Manage high-velocity sales cycles to close deals efficiently with high attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering to optimize expansion efforts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a SaaS or technology sales environment.
  • Experience in either a full-cycle closing role or a sales development background.
  • Proficiency in value-based selling techniques and strong prospecting abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and sales engagement tools such as Outreach and Gong.
  • UK market experience preferred.
