What you will do
- Own and close new business opportunities within the German market.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline in collaboration with SDRs and marketing.
- Conduct discovery sessions, product demos, and tailored solution presentations.
- Engage with senior stakeholders across sales, operations, and CX departments.
- Meet and exceed ARR targets while maintaining strict CRM discipline in Salesforce.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success and Product teams.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales with full-cycle ownership.
- Proven track record of closing new business in a high-growth environment.
- Fluent German and English language proficiency.
- Structured and disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
- Ability to travel as required for the role.
