hirify.global is a B2B AI startup building an Agentic AI procurement suite for industrial companies.

What you will do

  • Complete a 12-month GTM Scaling Program covering market/product deep dives, customer discovery, and SaaS unit-economics (CAC, LTV, payback) to support GTM strategy.
  • Own a lead segment and build data-driven account strategies, including strategic outbound and lead generation across LinkedIn, email, and phone.
  • Run consultative discovery calls, qualify opportunities using MEDDIC and BANT, and conduct cold outreach to open first conversations with C-level stakeholders.
  • Manage full-cycle deals from first outreach to signature, including multi-stakeholder navigation, ROI/value-based selling, and systematic pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Optimize outreach performance with A/B testing and build best practices for the segment, while collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Transition from Berlin to London to take on a full UK territory and strategic accounts with quota and variable compensation.

Requirements

  • Commit to Berlin first for the initial phase of the role.
  • Have an above-average bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, psychology, or a comparable field.
  • Demonstrate analytical and strategic thinking to structure and act on complex situations quickly.
  • Communicate complex topics clearly and persuasively in English.
  • Show resilience and a growth mindset, with persistence in a demanding environment.
  • Be proactive and relationship-oriented, with curiosity about AI, SaaS, and digital business models.
