What you will do

• Transform existing customer solutions and spreadsheets into sophisticated multi-dimensional models.
• Document business requirements and design corresponding hirify.global applications.
• Train customers and co-build solutions to ensure they are self-sufficient.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment processes.
• Integrate source software and migration solutions using connectors and APIs.
• Act as a bridge between customer stakeholders and the product team to improve the platform.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in building complex systems and explaining them to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to structure and validate high volumes of unstructured data.
• Fluent English and French.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous start-up environment with minimal supervision.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
