TL;DR
Revenue Operations Associate: driving efficiency and productivity across the post-sales revenue cycle with an accent on customer retention operations, CRM-driven workflows, and go-to-market execution. Focus on designing operational rhythms, reducing admin-heavy processes for Customer Success, and leading end-to-end change management initiatives in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
Location: Barcelona, Spain (3 days in the office per week; commuting distance to offices in Barcelona)
Salary: €40,000 - €48,000 EUR (base salary range)

What you will do
- Champion customer retention by supporting mutual action plans and business review sessions with the operational structure and insights Customer Success needs.
- Reduce admin-heavy workflows by identifying process bottlenecks and driving solutions that free up CSM time for relationship-building.
- Own go-to-market execution through operational efficiency initiatives, deal support, change management projects, and fiscal year planning.
- Drive operational excellence by executing complex, end-to-end projects and ensuring non-standard situations run smoothly.
- Partner with Customer Success leadership as a primary point of contact, while also identifying opportunities to impact Sales and Pre-Sales.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or post-sales operations in a fast-paced environment.
- CRM proficiency: designed process workflows in a CRM tool and can explain measurable impact.
- Comfort working directly with Customer Success and Sales leadership and earning trust quickly.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends and problems, and recommend concrete next steps.
- Experience with change management: rolling out new systems or processes and coordinating testing, training, and communications across teams.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams and manage updates/decisions asynchronously.
Nice to have
- Salesforce experience (CPQ is a plus).
- Gong or Gong Engage experience.
- SaaS background and familiarity with global B2B revenue engine challenges.
