What you will do

• Design and continuously improve operational workflows across Secret Media Network to ensure consistency across NA, Europe, APAC, and Latam.
• Identify and automate manual processes using AI tools and internal systems in collaboration with Tech and Data teams.
• Document and maintain clear operational playbooks to ensure process adoption and execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to align operations with business needs and technological solutions.
• Define and track KPIs to measure operational efficiency, output, and quality.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM).
• 5+ years of experience in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, or media/marketing operations.
• Strong expertise in process design, optimization, and workflow automation.
• Ability to define KPIs and work comfortably with data to drive decision-making.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Must be based in or able to work from Madrid (Hybrid setup).

Nice to have

• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Notion, or Airtable.
• Familiarity with AI tools for improving operational efficiency.
