What you will do

• Own product marketing for the UK, leading positioning and go-to-market strategy for new features and evergreen initiatives.
• Partner with product, lifecycle, performance, and creative teams to define and deliver strategic growth initiatives.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to product teams to inform roadmaps based on user insights and regional learnings.
• Develop differentiated narratives and messaging informed by deep audience research and testing.
• Craft comprehensive marketing plans and creative direction to drive sustained engagement.
• Define success metrics and track impact in partnership with data science and compliance teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product marketing or adjacent consumer growth roles in tech.
• Proven leadership in shaping positioning, messaging, and integrated launch plans across various channels.
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts into clear and human narratives.
• Data-informed decision-making skills, including familiarity with experimentation and performance measurement.
• Comfort operating within highly regulated consumer product environments and partnering with legal teams.
• Must be based in London to comply with the hybrid work requirement.
