What you will do

• Manage and execute strategic marketing partnerships across various verticals.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop growth strategies for merchant acquisition.
• Drive end-to-end strategic initiatives, from identifying collaboration areas to strategy formulation and delivery.
• Generate performance reports and optimize upselling processes with Payment Gateway and EDC partners.
• Maintain partnership trackers and manage weekly KPIs.
• Supervise and coordinate closely with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably within the Payment Gateway or EDC industry.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Strong execution skills combined with analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage structured timetables.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
