What you will do

• Identify and develop business opportunities to drive growth and market penetration.
• Acquire and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) to increase client acquisition.
• Develop and implement Go-to-market (GTM) and Business Development strategies tailored to local objectives.
• Execute client acquisition and retention strategies across multiple marketing channels.
• Promote the internal trading terminal and MT5 platform to potential clients and partners.
• Ensure operations comply with local regulations and manage regional team performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services with a focus on cryptocurrency and CFDs.
• Proven track record in acquiring and managing relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs).
• Deep understanding of local financial markets and regulatory environment.
• Strong knowledge of omnichannel marketing.
• Experience in budgeting, unit economics, and P&L management.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesian.
