Location: Metro Manila, Philippines or South Jakarta, Indonesia. Travel up to 100% to office or client sites.

What you will do

  • Lead client engagement activities from opportunity creation through to business capture.
  • Generate and qualify business leads within the region.
  • Co-develop client and marketing strategies, focusing on segmentation, prioritization, and GTM strategies.
  • Implement the strategic go-to-market framework and execute the Large Account Management Process (Gold Sheet).
  • Lead and guide the Strategic Account Team.
  • Manage the "zippering" process to align BV professionals with their counterparts inside client organizations.

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of experience in a business/consulting and consultative sales environment.
  • 4+ years of experience in business development and sales, specifically within asset management solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant regional work experience.
  • Proven ability to break into new accounts, develop leads, and negotiate contracts.
  • Availability for up to 100% travel.
  • Ability to complete pre-employment background checks, drug screens, and motor vehicle records searches.
