What you will do

• Develop the company's event calendar and prioritize investments across anchor and regional industry shows.
• Define presence strategies, including booth format, staffing plans, and sponsorship tiers tied to pipeline goals.
• Manage end-to-end logistics: vendor negotiation, booth design, shipping, and on-site execution.
• Coordinate with CMO and product marketing to shape messaging and demo flows.
• Oversee lead capture and ensure seamless integration into the CRM for follow-up.
• Track budgets and produce post-event ROI reports with actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in event or field marketing for a B2B technology company.
• Proven track record of managing on-site logistics for events of various scales.
• Strong program management skills to handle multiple concurrent timelines and budgets.
• Experience with CRM and lead capture tools.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AI infrastructure, HPC, semiconductors, or enterprise IT.
• Experience at flagship events like ISC, SC, OCP, GTC, or re:Invent.
• Background in fast-growing or category-creation stage companies.
• Experience managing analyst or press interactions at events.
