Director of B2B Activation (Marketing): Leading the Activation Marketing team to transition from content-production to an intelligence-gathering engine with an accent on driving patient starts from commercial referral channels. Location: Must be based in the United States (currently not hiring in Hawaii)
Salary: $181,560 – $202,920

What you will do
- Drive patient starts from commercial referral channels (Health Plans, Employers, and Primary Care Providers) using scalable systems and repeatable playbooks.
- Define data-driven strategies for marketing touchpoints to maximize patient acquisition.
- Establish attribution criteria and processes for marketing-driven campaigns in collaboration with commercial, product, and analytics teams.
- Lead a testing and experimentation approach, including A/B and multi-variant testing, to determine campaign impact and incrementality.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities using AI agents and tools to reduce manual campaign execution.
- Develop a roadmap to templatize the activation campaign approach to increase capacity for innovative testing at scale.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in Marketing, Growth, Product Marketing, or Business Operations with a focus on user activations.
- Direct experience scaling teams by leveraging AI and ML-driven automation to solve attribution and incrementality challenges.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and deliver high-quality executive communications.
- Experience managing teams consisting of both people managers and individual contributors.
- Hands-on proficiency with MarTech stacks such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Redshift, and Amplitude, including data pipelines for attribution.
- Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
Nice to have
- 3+ years of experience at a high-growth startup or in a tech-forward healthcare/pharma company.
- Deep knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem and operational workflows of PCPs, Health Plans, and Employers.
- Expertise in AI-Driven Marketing Operations, specifically implementing LLM-powered tools to automate content and workflows.
- "Player-coach" experience, combining the ability to dive into operational details with high-level organizational strategy.
